The Customer Experience Standards are designed around providing only the greatest customer experience for people.

To remember

  1. Every customer is human. They are full of emotions, and everyone is battling something.

  2. Every person deserves the highest level of empathy, respect, and kindness from you.

Emails

  1. No first-touch email to a customer should take more than 10 seconds to skim through.

  2. Emails must be so simple that it fits only one iPhone screen, without scrolling.

  3. No abbreviations should be used in emails.

Customer Calls

  1. All customer calls must be recorded and transcribed with consent.

  2. The customer call recordings must be stored inside Skcript Web.
