Key Qualifications

  • Empathy. A lot of it, plus more.
  • Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills in English (ESSENTIAL)
  • Ability to think clearly during tough situations.
  • Kindly communicate with other people (written and oral).
  • Passion to identify great talent and help them find their place in a company.
  • A few months to a year of relevant work experience in a people hiring role.
  • Understanding of basic technology terms is preferred.

What you’ll do at Skcript

  • Work with our leadership team to get the requirements for finding the right talent.
  • Build, nurture, and own the end-to-end hiring funnel—from outreach to offer.
  • Write compelling, role-specific job descriptions that attract top talent.
  • Source talent proactively—through outreach, referrals, platforms, and networks.
  • Conduct structured screening calls to assess attitude, aptitude, and fit.
  • Curate shortlists for internal hiring and for partner companies looking to hire through us.
  • Maintain a high-quality talent pool that can be matched with future roles—both at Skcript and externally.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure great candidate experiences throughout.
  • Collaborate with leadership on shaping our side-business that connects vetted talent with great companies.
  • Act as a talent advisor—matching candidates not just to roles, but to missions they’ll thrive in.
  • Work discreetly and professionally while handling candidate and client conversations.
  • Help us build a reputation as a go-to place for high-quality, vetted candidates in tech and business roles.
  • Experiment with growth tactics to scale this side-business into a reliable talent pipeline engine.
