You will be working with people across our product group, and build for some of the most unique experiences our users can have.

📍 This is a full-time, on-site role at our Chennai Office!

Key Qualifications

  • Empathy. A lot of it, plus more.
  • Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills in English (ESSENTIAL)
  • Ability to think clearly during tough situations.
  • Kindly communicate with other people (written and oral).
  • Passion to serve customers, and be their representative in the company.
  • A few months to a year of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Understanding of SaaS is preferred.

What you’ll do at Skcript

  • Work with our Customer Delight professional to help scale customer operations.
  • You will learn a ton, so use the notebooks we give you (a lot).
  • Develop a strong understanding Skcript products and processes in order to support customers.
  • Interface, organize, and communicate with our customers proactively
  • Reach out to customers to understand their needs, and gather feedback via featureOS.
  • Tweak, re-write, or improve our existing knowledge base articles
  • Own three key metrics (Increase Product-usage, Conversion & Retention).
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services
